Positon Name Assistant Relationship Manager - SME
Job Description

 

  • Participate and assist the AGM and RM’s in developing business plans and strategy for SME, Mid-Market segment and International Banking.
  • Assist AGM and Relationship Managers in developing business strategy & plan for the department.
  • Initiate & grow the SME & Middle Market segment portfolio to achieve specified targets for this segment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with entities through constant communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Understand the Bank’s offered corporate products and services and be able to communicate this understanding to the existing and prospective clients
  • Manage all kind of communication and interactions with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Visit clients to understand their needs and coordinate with relevant departments to bring in the required expertise in the customer’s area of interest.
  • Ensure all the necessary information has been obtained, and oversee the preparation of Credit Proposals within the agreed TAT.
  • Ensure prompt replies to the enquiries raised by Sharia & Risk Management related to the credit proposals.
  • Coordinate with credit administration and the Division head to understand portfolio credit risks and execute any action required
  • Coordinate the gathering of required documentations and follow up on necessary approvals for any deferrals/waivers required (if any).
  • Monitor the Bank’s performance and marketing position in the SME & Mid-Market segment.
  • Manage & coordinate client support services
  • Ensure to respond to any enquiries raised or documentation required by internal/external/CBO/Sharia auditors, keep the audit observation and portfolio exceptions/irregularities at nil or minimum level.

Required Qualification

 

  • Graduate with bachelor degree (BA) along with credible Financial Analysis certifications.
  • Minimum 3 to 7 years of banking experience including 2 years in Corporate Banking with a minimum 2 years in Relationship Management role.

Any Other Relevant Information

 

  • Strong relationship with corporate entities essentially under SME& Mid-Market segment.
  • Experience in credit risk analysis, structuring of credit lines and Financial Modeling.
  • Strong skills & experience in selling Trade, Financing and Cash Management products
  • Adequate knowledge of Islamic banking products.
