Job Description

 

  1. SERVICE STANDARDS

    Achieve service standards for customer inbound calls received at Phone Banking

  2. TRANSACTION PROCESSING

    Carry out transactions as requested by customer

  3. QUERIES RESOLUTION

    Respond to and resolved customer queries/ requests

  4. PRODUCT SELLING

    Clarify and explain procedures and products on telephone

  5. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

    Relay customer feedback, in order to achieve continual product development, to QA Team

  6. TARGETS

    Achieve set targets in terms of generating sales to build assets and liabilities

  7. MIS REPORTS

    Assist Manager Phone Banking in preparation of MIS on Services/ Sales campaigns

  8. CROSS-SELLING

Utilise on cross-selling opportunities

1.  Diploma or equivalent (In Any Stream)


 

 

Special Certification

 

  1. Proficient in Arabic & English

  2. Strong customer focus and service oriented.

  3. Strong listening skills

  4. Computer Literate

  5. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

 

Any Other Relevant Information

 

  1. Job involves closely interacting with customers calling the Phone Banking

  2. Needs to interact closely with Immediate Superior (Team Leader)

  3. Required to interact closely with fellow team mates

  4. Required to interact closely with Quality Analysts assigned for the Phone Banking
