Arrange for discounts/offers from Merchants (from signing MOU and addendum agreements to launch through marketing).

Monitory the cards and payments solutions growth in terms of sales and assist branches/DSU/WM by providing them with performance reports and required tools to boost sales.

Design card acquisition and utilization campaigns to boost sales and increase revenues.

Increasing profitability of existing product lines by introducing campaigns, promotions, tie-ups and value added services throughout the year.

Prepare reports on card performance highlighting any issues with action plan.

Implement products awareness and educational programs/trainings for customer service/sales/sales partners.

Perform pre and post campaign analytics and propose recommendations regarding strategy and execution of campaigns.

Achieve all objectives allocated from the business plan within the stipulated time frame, including sales targets and volume growth targets (transactions volumes and revenues).

Coordinate and liaise with marketing team on all card and payments related marketing plans and initiatives from stationery requirements, marketing collaterals, and events.

Engage, investigate and analyse the developments in the market and translates them into initiatives, new product development or services (medium and long-term perspective). Including carrying-out market research, mystery shopping and surveys periodically.

Maintaining data on market prices offered by competitors for products, channels and customer segments.

Prepare and maintain updated card and payment related product program documents and related collaterals.

Preparing and maintaining product policies.

Handel all card/payments marketing plans and initiatives.

Conduct Branch visits periodically to provide support to branches and ensure marketing and stationery collaterals are maintained properly.

Maintain updated card/payments related SOPs and SLAs are reviewed and updated.

Maintain Sharia approvals and Fatwas for card related products.
