Positon Name Officer- Retail Account Services
Job Description

Retail Liability Officer is responsible for all day to day back office operations related to system input, Records keeping and proper fillings for all new and exciting retail account opening process.

Main Tasks & Accountabilities:

 

·       Ensure all Documents (Account Opening Forms and other services related to accounts) are received, scrutinized & Verified.

·       Ensure all Account Opening Forms and other services related to accounts (Mudharaba, recurring deposits, wakala …etc) are processed in timely manners after verifying the details and information’s.

·       Follow up with all stakeholders on all required details and confirmations.

·       Receive, acknowledge and process all CBO orders and Primary Court Orders. Also to reconcile all the records.

·       To monitor all the chequebook requests and arrange to review, upload or cancel the requests based on the reports. Also to consider all the chequebooks received from the vendor and coordinate to deliver them to the concern branches.

·       Ensure filling and archive all related documents are happening on timely manners.

 

·       Perform all the testing required and to support all Business Services units when required.
